Grove Youth Theatre
Grove Youth Theatre has been running since the venue opened in 2007 and continues to provide young people with an opportunity to learn a variety of theatre and stagecraft skills. With a friendly and relaxing atmosphere it is the perfect environment in which to develop confidence and encourage teamwork, as well as teaching more specific skills such as mime, voice and speech, movement, physical theatre, masks, script work and improvisation.
We currently offer four classes covering 6-19 year olds, giving children the opportunity to progress further whilst remaining comfortable within their age group.
GYT Beginners (6 to 8 year olds)
Wednesdays 5.30pm-6.45pm
GYT Act One (8 to 10 year olds)
Wednesdays 7pm-8.30pm
GYT Interval (11 to 13 year olds)
Tuesdays 5pm-6.30pm
GYT Act Two (14 to 19 year olds)
Tuesdays 6.30pm-8.30pm
Grove Youth Theatre is £65 per ten week term (payable in advance).
Multiple class/sibling discount:
- Pay full price for one class and attend another dance class or youth theatre for the term for only £50.
- For every child paying full fee a sibling can attend any dance class or the youth theatre for a term for only £50.
