Facilities and Services

All levels of the theatre are fully accessible via a lift. There are wheelchair accessible seats in both the Stalls and Circle. Please advise the Box Office when booking if you require a wheelchair accessible seat.

Your guide or hearing dog can stay with you, please advise the Box Office so we can provide you with a suitable seating position.

An infra red system operates in the auditorium, the equipment to enable you to use this service will be available from the Box Office prior to the performance for a small deposit.

On request this brochure is available in large print and audio formats, please contact the Box Office for your copy.

There is parking for blue/orange badge holders in the car park adjacent to the theatre.

Stagetext Captioned Performances

For some performances audio described and STAGETEXT captioned performances will be available, see show pages for applicable performances.

Captioned performances are provided by Captioning converts the spoken word into text that provides people with a hearing loss access to live performance. In captioning, the words appear on a screen at the same time as they are sung or spoken. Captions also include sound effects and offstage noises. For more information visit the Stagetext website.

Audio Described Performances

Audio Described performances are provided by Anne Hornsby of Mind's Eye. These performances offer an additional narration that describes all significant visual information such as body language, facial expression, scenery, action, costumes and anything that is important to conveying the plot of the show. Touch tours are also provided prior to the audio described performance.
