Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased. Tickets for sell-out shows may be accepted by the Box Office for resale on behalf of the customer but re-sale cannot be guaranteed, an administration charge of £2.50 per ticket is applicable for this service.

Children under the age of 5 will not be admitted for any performance other than family shows. For family shows children under the age of 18 months will be admitted free of charge if they do not require their own seat. A babes in arms ticket will be issued for this purpose, please advise the Box Office when booking.

Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable point in the performance.
